Refund policy

We offer refunds within 2–3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the refund.



To start a refund request, email support@dripcustomsline.com within the refund window.


If more than 3 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.





Defective or Damaged Items



Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.





Exchanges



We currently do not offer size or color exchanges due to limited inventory and custom production.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.





Non-Refundable Items



Refunds are not available for:


  • Items returned after the 3-day window
  • Worn, washed, or altered products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or preorder items once production has started (unless defective)






Refund Process



If your refund is approved:


  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
