🚚 How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made with care.

• Production time: 12–15 business days
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days (U.S. orders)
  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

🕒 How long do preorders take?

Preorders usually take around 15–21 days total (production + delivery). We’ll update you every step of the way once your order is confirmed.

 

📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each order is made to order, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a production issue.

 

If that happens, reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@dripcustomsline.com, and we’ll take care of it.

💰 Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we’re unable to cancel since each piece is custom-made for you.
